We want you to be fully satisfied with every comical recharge item you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
– **Time Frame**: Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
– **Condition**: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items
3. Return Process
– **Step 1**: Contact our customer service team at support@complexpeptides.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
– **Step 2**: We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on where to send your returned item.
– **Step 3**: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
– **Processing**: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– **Approved Refunds**: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
– **Late or Missing Refunds**: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@complexpeptides.com.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@complexpeptides.com and send your item to the address provided in the return instructions.
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
